TULIKIVI heat accumulation stoves
The Tulikivi is a wood burning heat accumulation stove. Due to it's mass of steatite
stone (soapstone) and it's original conception which collects heat from the combustion
gases (contre-flow system), 1 to 3 hours of fire will produce enough radiant heat for 12
to 24 hours. This radiant heat produces a homogenous temperature from floor to ceiling by
heating the walls which in turn diffuse heat by radiation without producing humidity from
condensation
Manufactured in Finland, TULIKIVI stoves, have passed the most rigorous tests to meet the
most strict emission standards in the world.
TULIKIVI light weight stoves
Not all homes and holiday homes require a heatretaining fireplace. Many
families want a fireplace primarily for those cozy evenings around the fire and as an
extra source of heat.
Tulikivi’s lightweight fireplaces are suitable in such situations. They combine the
light weight and rapid convection heat of a soapstone heater in a wonderful way. The clean
lines are easy on the eye, and its svelte appearance sits well with modern interior
decoration, too.
Tulikivi’s lightest fireplaces can also be installed on a wooden floor when fitted
with a base, or even on the upper floors of a house.
